Degree Program

Defines the course of study leading to the completion or attainment of an education level or academic degree, such as Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Master of Science (M.S.), Junior High School, Senior High School - HUMSS, etc.

Department

An administrative or academic unit under a college or division.

Discipline

A cluster of subjects, any of which the student can take to satisfy a curriculum requirement (e.g. electives).

Discounts

A module where the list of discounts, scholarships, and financial aids are managed which are later applied to eligible student's fees.

Division

A unit of an institution usually consisting of more than one department; a unit of an institution based on the year-level of students (i.e., lower and upper division); or a branch of the institution, instructional or not (i.e., the Division of Student Affairs).

Dropping

Removal of a student from an enrolled section or class.
