P - Payment to Publish

Payment

Depending on the Grado setting, payments may be required to:

  • change the status of a student from assessed to enrolled
  • allow a student to view his or her grades
  • print a student's statement of account
Prerequisite
A subject or discipline that must be taken first before taking another subject or discipline; a gatekeeper subject.
Publish

Action to commit a particular information (such as classes, sections, assessments, payments, announcements) to the system and allow other authorized users to see them.
