Schedule Conflict Checker
This feature helps ensure students and teachers don't have overlapping commitments.
When enabled, (1) prevents students from selecting courses with scheduling conflicts, and (2) makes it impossible to assign a class to a teacher already teaching during that time slot
When disabled, (1) highlights potential conflicts on both student and teacher schedule tables, and (2) allows users to see potential clashes but still make choices (useful for managing exceptions or viewing alternative schedules).
