This feature helps ensure students and teachers don't have overlapping commitments.

Enabled: When enabled, (1)the system prevents students from selectingenrolling coursesin classes that conflict with schedulingtheir conflicts,existing andschedule. (2)This makesmeans itstudents impossiblecan't toaccidentally assignregister afor class to a teacher already teaching duringclasses that time slotoverlap.

Disabled: When disabled, (1)the system highlights any potential conflicts directly on boththe studentstudent's andor teacherteacher's schedule tables,view. and (2)This allows users to see potential clashes butand stilladjust maketheir choicesselections (useful for managing exceptions or viewing alternative schedules).accordingly.
