Fix bug when saving draft scores, then making changes, then saving the draft scores again and error is raised "Student is already taken". This occurs when saving draft scores and the unsaved changes are not cleared on the reducer state. When the user resubmits the draft scores, previously created scores are again being created which causes the uniqueness error (because the score is already existing)
Save Score.transmuted value as nil if draft_transmuted is "--" when publishing a score to prevent displaying "--" on report card
