    Added privacy policy banner at the bottom of page
      Banner will be displayed after user signs in 
          Date and time data will be recorded when user accepts the privacy policy Date and time data will be recorded when user selects "remind me later" option
            Banner will be displayed on the next user sign in

                  We can have multiple School days record per Academic year School days record's term number should be 0 to indicate the whole Academic year Months will depend on School days record's Term start and end date When there is no School days record associated to Academic year with term number 0
                    Default displayed months will be June to April
