Auto compute MAPEH grades based on DepEd rules

Added school setting for enabling auto compute final grade When auto compute setting is enabled:

Final grade encoding for parent and child class will be disabled (faculty and admin portal grade sheet) Grade item encoding for parent class will be disabled (faculty and admin portal grade sheet) Final grade for both parent and child class will be auto-computed when grade items are complete/encoded (faculty and admin portal grade sheet) Auto compute will also apply to change grade module
