Adding or Editing the Email Field in Grado

  1. Locate the Students Tab.
    1. On the dashboard, find the Students tab and click it.
    2. This will take you to the Students List page.

  2. Search for the Student.
    1. Use the available filters or the search field to locate the specific student.
    2. Once you find the student, click on their name to open their profile.
  3. Edit the Student Profile.
    1. On the Student Profile page, click the Edit Profile button.

    2. Locate the Email field.

    3.  Optional: Scroll down to locate the Guardian's Email Address

  4. Add or Update the Email Address.
    1. Enter the email address in the field.
    2. Click the Update Information button.

  5. Email Confirmation.
    1. The system will send a confirmation email to the student’s email address.
