Uploading Student Information

Summary: This article provides instructions on how to use the bulk upload feature to upload basic student information.

The bulk upload feature allows users to efficiently upload large amount of basic student information.

Prerequisites

Bulk uploading student information requires the following data to exist in the system first:

Degree Programs or Tracks

K-10 student information does not require creating programs first.

CSV Template

The CSV template for bulk upload student information can be downloaded by clicking Download Template under the Student Information section of the Bulk Upload page.

Upon clicking the link, a CSV file named students.csv will be downloaded in your local folder.

The template consists of the following headers:
