Class Management

A class is a subject or course offered in a given term or academic year which has a defined number of students, schedule, and instructor.

      • Academic year

      • Approver. Select the name of the faculty authorized to approve grades (if Grades Approval is enabled).

  4. Tick any of the settings to mark or enable:
      • Conceal faculty
      • Allow schedule overlap for faculty
      • SPED
      • Multigrade
      • Transition
  5. Specify the class schedule by defining the Days, Time Start and Time End, and Building / Room.
  6. Click Create and publish or Create without publishing when done.

Downloadable class records

These records are available for download by class level:

  • Class ListList. A PDF list of enrolled students showing their Student Number, Full Name, Sex, Contact Information, and Enrollment Status.
  • Grade ListList. A PDF list of enrolled students' Grade Item Component grades, Final Grade, Verdict, and Enrollment Status.

Publishing a class is helpful when student self-enrollment is enabled. A published class is viewable in the student portal when self-enrolling, allowing the student to select the class and enlist in it.

Class-level enlistment is also available. This means that a class may not necessarily be a part of a Section. A student enlisting to a class may not necessarily belong to a section, too.
