Downloadable class records

These records are available for download by class level:

  • Class List. A PDF list of enrolled students showing their Student Number, Full Name, Sex, Contact Information, and Enrollment Status.
  • Grade List. A PDF list of enrolled students' Grade Item Component grades, Final Grade, Verdict, and Enrollment Status.

Publishing a class is helpful when student self-enrollment is enabled. A published class is viewable in the student portal when self-enrolling, allowing the student to select the class and enlist in it.

Class-level enlistment is also available. This means that a class may not necessarily be a part of a Section. A student enlisting to a class may not necessarily belong to a section, too.
