[Faculty] Accessing List of Classes / Teaching Load

HowTo: View Class Load and Schedule | Input Grades | Submit Change Grade
A class is a subject or course offered in a given term or academic year that has a defined number of students, schedules, and instructors.
Viewing
Your Classes
The **Your Classes** page shows all classes currently assigned to you and highlights classes that still have unuploaded grades.
Use this page to find a class, check how many grades remain unuploaded, and open the class loadto view the student list and schedulegrade
Key

Use the Faculty**Academic DashboardYear** orand **Term** dropdowns at the navigationtop menu,of gothe page to narrow the list of displayed classes.
Click **Filter Results** to apply your filters.
To return to the full list, click **Reset**.
YourNote:ClassesThe Download Results and Email Results buttons are visible but disabled by default.
2. Teaching Load Summary
A short summary below the filter form displays your total teaching load in units.
If no classes are scheduled, a message will appear:
“You have no scheduled classes.”
Contact your administrator if you believe a class is missing.
3. Class List with Unuploaded Grades
The main table lists all classes with columns for:
Academic year
Term
ClassSubject Name
Subject
Faculty
Slots.– The maximum number of students who can enlist.
Remarks
Visibility (public / private)
Approver. Select thefull name of the facultysubject authorizedor to approve grades (if Grades Approval is enabled).
Conceal facultyuploaded.AllowscheduleEnrolledoverlapandforRemarksfaculty– Informational columns that may be empty if data is not available.
