[Faculty] Accessing List of Classes / Teaching Load

HowTo: View Class Load and Schedule | Input Grades | Submit Change Grade

A class is a subject or course offered in a given term or academic year that has a defined number of students, schedules, and instructors.

Your Classes

The Your Classes page shows all classes currently assigned to you and highlights classes that still have unuploaded grades.

Use this page to find a class, check how many grades remain unuploaded, and open the class to view the student list and grade sheet.

Key Features

1. Filter Classes

Use the Academic Year and Term dropdowns at the top of the page to narrow the list of displayed classes.

Click Filter Results to apply your filters.

To return to the full list, click Reset.

Note: The Download Results and Email Results buttons are visible but disabled by default.

2. Teaching Load Summary

A short summary below the filter form displays your total teaching load in units.
If no classes are scheduled, a message will appear:

“You have no scheduled classes.”

Contact your administrator if you believe a class is missing.

  • Unuploaded – Displays in red; shows how many grades still need to be uploaded.
