HowTo: View Class Load and Schedule | Input Grades | Submit Change Grade

A class is a subject or course offered in a given term or academic year that has a defined number of students, schedules, and instructors.

From this page, you andcan highlightsview classesstudent that still have unuploaded grades.

Use this page to find a class, check how many grades remain unuploaded, anddetails, open the grade sheet, and download essential class toreports.

Key Features

1. FilterCourse ClassesInformation

Use the Academic Year and Term dropdowns atAt the top of the pagepage, toyou’ll narrowfind the listcourse oftitle, displayedsection classes.code, and unit count for quick reference.

ClickThis Filterconfirms Resultsthat toyou applyare your filters.

To return toviewing the fullcorrect list, click Reset.

Note: The Download Resultssubject and Email Results buttons are visible but disabled by default.section.


2. TeachingDownloadable Load SummaryReports

AThe shortcourse summaryinformation belowcard includes two quick-access download buttons:

  • Class List – Exports the filtercurrent formstudent displaysroster.
  • your
  • totalGrades teachingList load– Exports all recorded grades for the class.

Both downloads open in units.
If no classes are scheduled, a messagenew willbrowser appear:

“Youbegin have no scheduled classes.”

Contact your administrator if you believe a class is missing.automatically.


3. Class Schedule

A summary card on the right-hand side displays your class schedule and assigned room.

Use this to confirm when and where your class sessions are scheduled.


4. Student List withand UnuploadedGrade GradesAccess

The mainStudent List table listsdisplays all classesenrolled withstudents columnsand for:their corresponding grades.

Columns include student number, name, term grades, overall grade, and status.

  • ClassHover Nameover a Clickgrade to openview the classraw pagescore.
  • Colored highlights indicate the grade’s status (studentsee listthe andLegend gradeabove sheet)the table).
  • Subject Name – The fullChange nameGrade of the subject or course.
  • AY – Academic Year of the class.
  • Term – Term number (e.g., 1st or 2nd term).
  • Unuploaded – Displays in red; shows how many grades still need to be uploaded.
  • EnrolledRequest and RemarksOther Actions – Informational columns that may bedisplay emptyadditional ifbuttons data is notwhen available.

To encode or update grades, click Open Grade Sheet.

This button opens the grading form for the class.


Other OptionsSummary

  1. FilterConfirm bythat Academicthe Yearcourse title and Term,section thenmatch clickthe class you’re managing.
  2. Use the FilterDownload ResultsClass List ifor Download Grades List links as needed.
  3. Review theClick UnuploadedOpen Grade Sheet column to findencode classesor needing grade uploads.
  4. Click the Class Name link to open the class page where you can manageupdate student grades.
  5. Hover over grades to see raw values and check color-coded status indicators.
  6. Use the navigation drawerLegend to accessinterpret othergrade areasapproval ofor therejection Faculty Portal.statuses.

Troubleshooting & Notes

  • ExportEmpty ButtonsGrades: Disabled:A dash (–) means no grade has been recorded for that student or term.
  • Tooltips: Hovering over a grade reveals a tooltip showing its raw score. If it doesn’t appear, ensure JavaScript is enabled.
  • Sortable Table: The student table can be sorted by clicking on column headers (if JavaScript is active).
  • DownloadHidden ResultsActions: andButtons under EmailChange ResultsGrade Request buttonsor Other Actions appear only when permitted or when specific conditions are disabledmet in(e.g., thispending versiongrade of the page. Downloads are available from within each class page.
  • Missing Classes: If you see “You have no scheduled classes” but expect classes to appear, contact your administrator.change).
