A Section is a unit for a set or group of students based on a common academic characteristic such as learning program and grade or year level. It is sometimes known as a "block", "section block", or a "block section".
Managing a Section as ana AdminFaculty
A Grado Administrator,Faculty, via the AdminFaculty Portal, can do the following:
CreateMark andstudents editas a sectionenrolled
AddManage classesstudent promotion to anext sectiongrade level
RemoveInput classesstudent from a sectionattendance
AddDownload orclass enlist students to a sectionlist
RemoveDownload orgrades delist students from a sectionlist
Creating a section
On the navigation menu, go to Management > Sections.
Click + Section.
Specify the following:
Name
Description
Year level
Adviser
Academic year
Term
Tick add another to return to the creating a new section after saving the current one.
Click Create Section when done.
Editing a section
On the navigation menu, go to Management > Sections.
Find the section to be edited or updated and click the section name.
On the Section view page, click the edit or pencil icon.

Adding or enlisting students to a section
On the navigation menu, go to Management > Sections.
Find the section to enlist students in and click Enlistment View.
On the Add Students tab view, simply click or tap the name of the students to select.
When done, click the Add Students button.
Removing or delisting students from a section
Adding classes to a section
On the navigation menu, go to Management > Sections.
Find the Section to add classes in and click Enlistment View.
On the Add Classes tab view, simply click or tap the class name select.
