Change Matriculation

Process of changing a class after enrollment. A change may be adding, replacing, or switching to a different class.

Class

Subject offered in a given term or academic year which has a corresponding schedule and instructor.

Conditional

A status within the transmutation matrix indicating that a grade is subject to potential adjustments or changes according to the school's policies (e.g. removals, completion, reexamination).

Course

Used interchangeably with Subject.

Course Code

Used interchangeably with Subject Code, Course Number, or Subject Number.

Credit

Used interchangeably with Unit, usually measured in terms of hours per week; a credit or a unit is a general measure of academic work and progress toward a degree or learning level.

Curriculum

List of subjects or course requirements that provides a framework for student learning; alternate names may be Program of Study, Prospectus.

Curriculum Checklist

List of courses based on the student's curriculum where credited grades and courses are shown.
