Change Grade Requests

A module that displays all submitted grade modifications, accessible to authorized users for monitoring, evaluation, and approval.

Change Matriculation

Process of changing a class after enrollment. A change may be adding, replacing, or switching to a different class.

Class

A subject or course offered in a given term or academic year that has a defined number of students, schedule, and instructor.

Class, child

A sub-class that appears nested under its defined parent class. This association typically shows on a student's report or class card. For example, in a Biology 101 course, the lecture and laboratory sessions, each taught by different instructors, are child classes. These child classes contribute grades to the overall Biology 101 parent class.

Class, parent

The main or umbrella class or course. For example, MAPEH is the parent class for Music, Arts, PE and Health in the DepEd K-10 curriculum.

Conditional

A status within the transmutation matrix indicating that a grade is subject to potential adjustments or changes according to the school's policies (e.g. removals, completion, reexamination).
