Grade book

Where studentgrade gradescomponents across various(i.e. assignments, quizzes, exams, and otherassessments) assessmentsare recorded. The Grade Book is a value-added functionality that can be recorded.enabled or disabled depending on the school's requirements.

Grade component

A specific element that constitutes a Gradegrade Item.item. These components can range from quizzes and recitations to essays and exams, forming the basis for evaluating student performance within each Grade Item.

Grade item

A gradable term or quarter that contributes to the final grade. For college levels, thisThis might include semester grades,grades in college and senior high school, while for elementary levels,and junior high school, it could involve quarterly grades.

Grade sheet

Where student's grade items and final grades are recorded.

Grades

Measure of students' performance in a subject. Grades given are based on the transmutation matrix associated with a subject.

Grades list

Student's list of all subjects taken per year level/term anddisplayed based on the correspondingstudent's historical enrollment and shows both raw and transmuted grades.
