G - Grade book to Grades list

Grade Book

Where grade components (i.e. assignments, quizzes, exams, and assessments) are recorded. The Grade Book is a value-added functionality that can be enabled or disabled depending on the school's requirements.

Grade Component

A specific element that constitutes a grade item. These components may refer to the different categories under which student activities and assessments are grouped and weighted in their final grade calculation for any subject. These components are customizable and can be tailored according to the specific grading policies of the school.

Grade Item

A gradable term or quarter that contributes to the final grade. This might include semester grades in college and senior high school, while for elementary and junior high school, quarterly grades.

Grade Sheet

Where student's grade items and final grades are recorded.

Grades

Measure of students' performance in a subject. Grades given are based on the transmutation matrix associated with a subject.

Grades List

Student's list of all subjects taken per year level/term displayed based on the student's historical enrollment and shows both raw and transmuted grades.
