These records are available for download by class level:

  • Grade List. A PDF list of enrolled students' Grade Item Component grades, Final Grade, Verdict, and Enrollment Status.

Publishing a class is helpful when student self-enrollment is enabled. A published class is viewable in the student portal when self-enrolling, allowing the student to select the class and enlist in it.

Class-Section-level enlistment is also available. This means that a classstudent mayadded notto necessarilya section can be aautomatically part of a Section. A student enlistingenlisted to a class mayif notthat necessarilyclass belongis included in that section. Likewise, if a class is added to a section and students are already defined in that section, too.those students will be enlisted to that class being added.
